In A pan, Heat oil and add Oil, Thn Add Mustard Seeds
Add curry Leaves and Hing and Stir well
Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic , Green Chilles and Saute well
Add Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli powder and Saute for 5 Min
Now add SeedLess Dates and Saute for 2 Min
All spices are cooked with Dates, Now add in Soked Tamarind Water and give a Good Mix
Cook on Low Flame for 5 to 7 Minutes
Add Jaggery 1 Sp and Mix Well
Swutch off flame when Oil Leaves in Corners
Healthy Dates Pickle is Ready now
